Jim Beck FCIPD is the founder and Managing Director of Oceania Management Consulting.
Jim graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Science. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK and a Senior Certified Professional Coach and Certified Scrum Master. He has attended many professional development programmes including the Bain Management Academy.
Jim has a wealth of HR leadership experience with top flight international corporates as well as a background in management consulting with PwC based out of London before moving to the Gulf in 2006.
During his tenure in GCC markets he has taken on Chief HR leadership assignments in regional organizations with a transformation / development agenda.
His passion is the development of talent and supporting business transformation.
He brings a combination of expertise and knowledge of organizational effectiveness, motivation, learning and behavioural theory as well as practical hands on leadership experience and awareness of different cultures.
