The coaching objective is to maximize the executive’s effectiveness and their contribution to the organization. 


Emerging talent coaching is targeted at recently appointed leaders who are making the transition from technical expert / individual contributor to first leadership assignment or moving up to a more senior leadership position. The approach in this situation is a balance between mentoring and coaching.
